Credentialing
The Community Physician Partnership (CPP) Membership and Credentialing Committee, under the direction of the CPP Board of Trustees, is responsible for the development and administration of the CPP Credentialing Program.
NCQA Certification
Cleveland Clinic Community Physician Partnership (CPP) achieved an outstanding score of 100% in Physician Organization Certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for credentialing and recredentialing activities on January 27, 2009.
CAQH Participation
As a member physician or practitioner of the Community Physicians Partnership (CPP), you are eligible to have CPP electronically retrieve your mandated Council of Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) profile for credentialing and recredentialing. This is a free service we offer as part of your membership. Your data is always protected and only released to plans you authorize.
