Credentialing

The Community Physician Partnership (CPP) Membership and Credentialing Committee, under the direction of the CPP Board of Trustees, is responsible for the development and administration of the CPP Credentialing Program.

The Committee is responsible for ensuring that all participating physicians and practitioners are measured and evaluated by definable and consistent criteria in accordance with the requirements of the National Committee for Quality Assurance, contracted health plans, state and local regulatory agencies.  The goal of the Committee is to provide a comprehensive, high quality panel of physicians and practitioners.

The Committee is composed of a wide range of multi-specialty participating physician representatives from the Cleveland Clinic regional hospitals who bring their commitment to quality, expertise on current practices and cost effective medical care experience to the Committee.
